The Platform is operated by DailySkill Sports Private Limited, 2nd Floor, Plot No 78A, Turner Road, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400050, India. We provide a free-to-play sports experience with no monetary prizes.

• Account & contact: mobile number (for sending the app link and account), name and email (optional), language preference.
• Eligibility & access: age confirmation (18+), self-attested location (India); access is not provided in AP, AS, NL, OD, SK, TS, TN.
• Usage & device: app/device identifiers, OS & version, IP address, timestamps, crash/diagnostics logs, basic analytics (e.g., screens viewed).
• Gameplay: team selections, captain/vice-captain choices, in-app points, ranks, badges, and selection values (for in-app progress only).
• Support: messages you send to us (email or in-app), including attachments you choose to provide.
• Cookies: on the website, we use essential and analytics cookies to operate and improve the site (see Cookies).

We do not collect payment information because the Platform does not offer deposits, withdrawals, or cash prizes.

3) How we use information

• Provide and improve the Platform (account creation, app link via SMS, gameplay, scoring, leaderboards, support).
• Maintain fair play (eligibility checks, abuse and fraud prevention, security monitoring).
